Terms of Service

UntitledLaunch is a directory for live software products. By creating a founder account or submitting a listing, you agree to these terms.

Live products only

Listings must represent software that already exists and can be opened, installed, or used today. Waitlists, vaporware, and placeholder landing pages are not allowed.

Manual review

All listings are reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, archive, or request changes to any submission at our discretion to keep the directory trustworthy.

Founder accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you submit. You must provide a valid email address and keep your listing details current.

Listing limits and billing

Free founder accounts include 2 live product listings, with 1 relist per listing. Founder monthly provides unlimited live listings, priority review, and priority placement in browse results while the subscription is active. If you cancel, paid benefits continue until the end of the current billing period shown in your account. After that period, your account returns to the free plan limits. New listings are blocked when you reach your plan limit; existing published listings are not removed automatically. Billing is handled through PayPal according to the plan you select.

Content you submit

You confirm that you have the right to submit the product, screenshots, branding, and links you provide. You grant UntitledLaunch permission to display that material in the directory and related marketing for the service.

Prohibited use

• Spam, misleading claims, or duplicate low-effort submissions
• Malware, scams, or products that violate applicable law
• Attempts to manipulate review, billing, or directory placement

Removal

We may suspend or remove listings or accounts that violate these terms or harm the quality of the directory.
